長野では、信州の特産品や旬の素材を贅沢に使い、一品一品心をこめて調理しています。お食事処には、椅子テーブルの半個室タイプ、襖で仕切られた個室お座敷タイプのほか、大人数のご宴会にも対応できる各種宴会場をご用意。ゆったりとした空間で、ごゆっくりお召し上がりいただけます。

At Club Wyndham Chikumakan Nagano, we use local and seasonal ingredients from Nagano and meticulously prepare each dish. The dining room is available in a semi-private room type with chairs and tables, a private Tatami room type separated by sliding doors, and various banquet halls that can accommodate large parties. You can enjoy your meal in a spacious and relaxing atmosphere.

名月（夕食コース）

自然豊かなに育った国産牛をメインに、信州の食を堪能する会席コース。「季節の釜飯」の、目の前で炊き上がる香りとお焦げも、どうぞお楽しみに。

Meigetsu (Dinner course)

The Japanese “Kaiseki” course features “Japanese Wagyu beef” raised in the rich natural environment, as well as other delicacies of Shinshu. Enjoy the aroma of seasonal rice cooked in front of your eyes.

田毎（夕食コース）

「牛しゃぶしゃぶ」または「牛すき焼き」がメインの会席コース。温泉をメインにお楽しみになりたいお客様には、リーズナブルなこちらのコースもおすすめです。

Tagoto (Dinner course)

This Japanese “Kaiseki” course features “beef shabu shabu” or “beef sukiyaki” as its main dish. We also recommend this reasonably priced course for guests who
mainly want to enjoy the hot spring.

朝食御膳

信州の幸たっぷりの和食膳。長野県産コシヒカリや、信州味噌を使った風味豊かなお味噌汁など。信州りんごの甘さがギュッとつまったリンゴジュースもどうぞ。

Breakfast

A Japanese meal full of delicacies from Nagano, Shinshu. The meal includes Koshihikari rice produced in Nagano and miso soup made with Shinshu miso. Please also try the apple juice, which is packed with the sweetness of Shinshu apples.

Water and rice from the rich and beautiful nature of Shinshu and the piercing cold of winter produce a variety of delicious sake in Nagano. We have selected some of the best sake breweries representing Shinshu.
